Sunshine Coast Grammar athletes set to make a splash at Australian Olympic Swimming Trials

This weekend, the swimming world will witness the incredible talent of Sunshine Coast Grammar Swimming Club athletes as they compete in the prestigious national trials, vying for a spot in the Australian Olympic and Paralympic teams.

Ten athletes, including six 香港王中王开奖结果 Students, and two coaches from the Club will travel to the Brisbane Aquatic Centre to compete at the domestic meet from 10 鈥 15 June 2024. The journey to the Olympic Trials is a testament to their hard work, dedication and passion for swimming.

Head Coach Luke Stafford expressed his enthusiasm stating, 鈥淭he Olympic Trials represent the culmination of years of hard work, dedication and sacrifice for our athletes.鈥

The athletes鈥 ability to balance rigorous training schedules with academic commitments is commendable and serves as an inspiration to their peers.

Joining the Club鈥檚 coaching team at the trials is Charlie Barry, who will guide two of the Club鈥檚 Paralympic hopefuls, Kael Thompson and Grace Brimelow.

The Olympic Trials stand as the pinnacle of domestic competition and offer invaluable experience for athletes as they set their sights on the future, including the LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
